Trial Before You Buy

PirateBot offers a free trial so you can test whether the bot works with your setup before purchasing a license. We strongly recommend using the trial to verify compatibility with your system, browser, and game client.

Support

While we cannot guarantee resolution of every issue, we actively support our users through our Discord community. We do our best to help with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

No Refunds

All license purchases are final. Since a free trial is available to test functionality beforehand, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • The bot not working as expected on your system
  • Game updates that temporarily affect bot functionality
  • Your game account being banned or restricted
  • Personal reasons or change of mind

No Liability

PirateBot is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of PirateBot, including but not limited to game account bans, data loss, or any other damages.

License Terms

A license is valid for the purchased duration from the date of activation. Licenses cannot be paused, frozen, or transferred. If your game account is banned or you are unable to use the bot for any reason, the license continues to run and no compensation or extension will be provided.

The "Lifetime" license grants access for 10 years from the date of purchase, or for as long as PirateBot continues to operate — whichever comes first. It does not guarantee permanent availability of the service.

Referral Program

You can earn bonus days by referring new users to PirateBot. Share your personal referral link — found in your account dashboard — and when a friend makes their first purchase, you both receive a bonus:

  • Standard plans (Tier 1–3): Both you and your friend receive 10% of the base days as a bonus, up to 30 days.
  • Lifetime plan: The referrer receives a flat +30 days bonus.

Referral bonuses are applied once per referred user (first purchase only) and are added on top of your existing license duration. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
